We have been sending customers out the door to "roast it themselves" for years. Everyone agrees...it's easy! We will set you up and take care of all your questions.
SPITS
A-frame metal spits are available for a $50 rental fee. They are free standing and can be placed over the fire.
HOG SIZE
We will be as close as possible to the weight of the hog you desire, but weights will vary. The charge will be based on the actual weight of the hog.

Choose the pig roast, beef roast or mixed grill BBQ, with or without all the fix'ins.
All meals are subject to 5% tax. 10% deposit at booking. Head count due one week prior.
