JOB OPPORTUNITIES Agricultural Manager - This person will work with the owner to oversee 25 acres of orchards and 25 acres of vegetable crops. Duties will include all aspects of crop growing from planting to harvest to sales. Full time position with competitive salary and benefits. Lots of room for growth in profitable farm business. Meat Cutter/Sausage Maker – This person will be cutting for retail from boxed meats and whole carcasses. Knowledge of retail cuts and case display is required, sausage making can be learned. Work requires physical endurance for cold work room and some heavy lifting. Full time position with a salary based on experience. Benefits and profit sharing available. Chef Manager – This person will oversee a restaurant serving breakfast and lunch, including a delicatessen with meals to go and a catering business. You must be able to following existing recipes for signature meals but also develop and add your own tastes. Quality, consistent output and management experience in the kitchen and related functions is required. Full time position with a salary, benefits and profit sharing.

Outlook farm is home of the roasting pig! Pig roasting means good old fashioned fun! They range from small sucklings up to two hundred pound roasters. The succulent smell of pork roasting over an open fire enhances any gathering.
